  Our visit was a bummer. My wife and I arrived at 10:31 p.m. on a Friday night to a restaurant that advertises a midnight close. Before greeting us, the hostess tersely informed us that closing was at 11 p.m. and they were not offering half-off appetizers. We didn't come for that promotion, but the Applebee's website does explicitly advertise that half-off apps are available at this location late in the evening. The waitress was generally friendly, but again, in lieu of a greeting, she informed us that the restaurant was closing at 11 p.m. and not offering half-off appetizers. It seemed pretty apparent that our business was not wanted. If you want to close early and stop taking new tables at a certain time, then please lock the door rather than acting like we're visiting to spite you. For the record, we were paid and out the door by 11:02 p.m.
  
  I'm giving two stars instead of one because we had no complaints with the food. It was exactly as expected, and it even reheated great after we rushed out the door.

  As a customer, the managers are nice and helpful.
  This location doesn't have late night/half off apps late at night so if you want to beat the rush at the other locations that are always packed, come to this one. There's a lot of new workers which can be disheartening to get your meal quick but if you wanna relax and stay a while, it's a good thing.

  Someone in the comments mentioned that its hard to feel safe when you walk in and immediately see a security guard. I would think that having security right at the door would give you an increased feeling of safety, thats me anyway. I was there last night with a group of women from our church and we had an awesome time! The security guard was so nice, and the staff was too. Our server, her name is Portia, ( hope that is spelled right )and she was on it! She was everything one could ever ask of any server and we had a group of 14. She was awesome, thank you Portia, thank you Mr. Security guard, and to all the other staff that we came in contact with for everything. The food was very good too.
