  Came for buy one, get one. Came in, staff was polite and seated us. We then waited for one hour before hearing back about our food, and another ten minutes before a waitress brought us the wrong food, followed by the right food only 5 minutes later. The wait wasn't a big deal... Today's a busy day. I signed up for a wait when I decided to come; but during that hour I noticed 2 other families get seated (and served their food) before our food came out. All we ordered was wings. We didn't get anything special or hard to cook. Another minor thing was that our food finally came, but there was an item missing. It took another 10 minutes for the missing item to come. Look, I know that customer service is hard. But when you see your waitress 3 times in an hour's wait for your food, you tend to be bad at using empathy. Great event but BWW'S staff is not trained to handle this type of volume.

  Food was horrible. Ask if we could get our hamburger medium rare and the waitress said our hamburger comes frozen so no it will be well done. Wendy's had better hamburger than this. The wings were rubber and ask for the sauce on the side and it came on the wings. The only thing they got right was the beer. I will not be going back loss of business.
